Nerdversity Reviews: LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar (Day 14)

This is it, we're in the final 10 days of the calendar. We hope you've enjoyed what we've had in store for you guys. So before we get into today's kit, lets recap:

Day 1: Jabba's Sail Barge
Day 2: Sarlaac Pit
Day 3: LIN Demolition droid
Day 4: Jawa mini figure
Day 5: Sandcrawler
Day 6: Ewok Weapons rack
Day 7: Campfire
Day 8: Ewok mini figure
Day 9: Ewok Catapult
Day 10: Stormtrooper mini figure
Day 11: Star Destroyer
Day 12: Imperial Weapons Rack
Day 13: Imperial Assassin Droid

We've travelled from Tattooine, to the forest moon of Endor to the Death Star, so without further ado, lets take a look at what's behind Door 14:

We have the fastest ship in the galaxy, the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 Parsecs: The Millennium Falcon. Perhaps one of the most iconic ships in the Star Wars universe.

Here's the parts to the Falcon in their little baggie. There were a handful of spare parts this time. The build went easy.

Here's the finished kit. While not as detailed as others, including the larger scale, it's clear that it is intended to be the most famous ship in the galaxy. It looks great.

A little comparison of another Falcon mini kit on the left and the advent calendar version on the right. Both kits are fantastic and earn their place on the shelf of any LEGO fan or even Star wars fan.

Join us tomorrow as we open door 15 and take a look at what lies within.
