Nerdversity Reviews: Disney Infinity 3.0 Chewbacca

Here's an interesting new review for you guys. Here's the Disney Infinity 3.0 Chewbacca figure. Released on 2nd October 2015 in the UK and September 29th 2015 in the US. He is available single carded at game stores world wide.

The box shows Chewie in a crouched pose with his bowcaster drawn and mouth open in a roar. He's in a very cartoony style much like the other figures in the series. The box is open, figure in a bubble behind an enlarged graphic. The box front is red and black, very similar to Vader's Lightsaber.

Taking the figure out the box, we get our first insert, which is a card of Chewie using the same graphic with a code on the back. This code works on the online version of Infinity.

Even though he's hunched over, he stands at the same height as a regular Star Wars figure, approximately 4 inches. He;s completely static and the bowcaster is NOT removeable from his hands. The bowcaster itself is large and oversized. He's painted in a series of light and dark browns to denote fur patterns.

While not an action figure, it's still a nice piece and could fit right at home with any Star Wars collection, even if people don't own Infinity 3.0 or any of the Star Wars expansion. I personally don't have Infinity, but he has a place on my shelf alongside Han.
