There is no denying the cultural impact and marketing power that Star Wars has over many other brands and franchises in the world. The fact that Star Wars figures are still on toy shelves and have been for the last 40 years is a testament to the staying power of the franchise.
Hero Mashers is a line of action figures aimed more at younger children. Boba Fett comes on the window box packaging that all the Hero Mashers come in. Inside the box, we can see the figure, partially disassembled and his accessories. On the lower left corner of the box, we can see the gimmick behind Hero Mashers.
The back of the box shows the gimmick again, the figure with different parts attached and all the other figures in the line.
Here's the figure in the tray. The idea behind Hero Mashers is that all the pieces can be popped off and replaced with other pieces from the same line. Each joint is held in with a ball and peg. In this case, the lower arms, the entire leg and head can be popped off and replaced with other pieces from this line or from the Marvel one. The accessories have little pegs on the back and can be placed in the little holes on the figure or swapped out entirely.
The figure is now fully assembled and stands around 6 inches tall. He's articulated at the neck, shoulder, bicep, hips and knees. For an action figure aimed at younger children, he's well articulated. The backpack, flamethrower and grappling hook fit well on the body and are secure.
I was able to find this figure in Tesco, They have clearanced a lot of Star Wars merchandise down. I'd recommend this figure, especially if you have children, they'd get a lot of entertainment out of it, especially if they have other Hero Mashers toys.
